The Idaho Club is a 900-acre resort residential development located in Sandpoint, Idaho that includes a Jack Nicklaus Signature championship golf course that was rated among the Top-10 new courses in the country when it debuted.  The original plan included 340 residential estate lots, all of which have views of either the golf course or spectacular sweeping views of Lake Pend Oreille, Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort and the various mountain ranges in the area.

The project is in the process of being acquired from the previous developer through a consensual foreclosure and will be redeveloped by Valiant Idaho, LLC for which William Haberman is Managing  Member and President. 

 

The remaining real estate component includes 215 residential estate lots, and will require the development of the remaining horizontal infrastructure, redevelopment of the former golf course clubhouse, construction of a community amenity center, and a model and speculative home building initiative to relaunch the community.
