William Haberman acted as Managing Member and Chief Operating Officer for the development of the Mona Lisa Suite Hotel, now Melia Orlando Suite Hotel, a 240-unit luxury condominium hotel comprised of one-bedroom and two-bedroom fully-furnished and decorated suites. Amenities include a resort-style outdoor pool, landscaped grounds, enclosed courtyard, two-level upscale full-service restaurant and bar, reception and meeting space and high-speed internet access.
The design of the hotel is modern neo-classical and borrows architectural elements from the adjoining Celebration Place office park. Morris Adjmi, a world-renowned architect and former partner of the late Aldo Rossi, served as design architect.
The property covers approximately 12 acres and is located in Celebration, Florida, an award-winning master planned community developed by The Disney Company and adjacent to Walt Disney World in greater Orlando, Florida.
Total project cost exceeded $70 million and the extensive project scope included working closely with The Disney Company on land planning and design, horizontal and vertical construction management, sales and marketing management, and hotel and restaurant management and operations.
